![]() Known for her high levels of integrity, Davis is trusted with handling sensitive and confidential information with poise, tact, and diplomacy. ![]() Davis also provides support and guidance to the entire Office of the Commissioner with scheduling, project management, travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, briefing books and meticulous calendar organization. In her current role, she ensures the smooth operation of the conference with her robust knowledge of office management and efficient handling of internal and external inquiries, consultations – with expert organizational skills. From 2001 to 2018, Davis served as executive assistant in the front office of the Detroit Lions for the president, senior vice president and general manager from 2001 to 2007, and exclusively to the general manager from 2008 to 2018. Prior to joining the conference in 2019, Davis was executive assistant to Commissioner Warren at the Minnesota Vikings, where he was the club’s chief operating officer. She has served as a trusted advisor at various businesses since 1990. With over 30 years of wide-ranging experiences in professional office executive assistant positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Davis skillfully manages administrative duties for her colleagues at the Big Ten Conference. Pany ensures all decisions best serve the academic. In her role, she leads the conference’s 25 sponsored Olympic sports including coordination and management of coaches’ groups, games, tournaments, championships, officiating and Senior Woman Administrators. ![]() Mai Davis is senior executive assistant to Commissioner Kevin Warren.
